Giveaway Terms & Conditions

Ordoclub Ltd Black Friday Airbnb Giveaway 2026. These terms cover a single prize draw open to the UK and US, closing at 23:59 GMT on 29 November 2026.

The promoter

1. The promoter is Ordoclub Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 10803029 ) with its registered office at Hamilton House, Church Street, WA14 4DR ("Ordo", "we", "us").

2. By entering the Ordoclub Ltd Black Friday Airbnb Giveaway (the "Giveaway"), you agree to these terms.

Who can enter

3. The Giveaway is open to: (a) residents of the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) aged 18 or over; and (b) legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia aged 18 or over, or the age of majority in their state if higher (19 in Alabama and Nebraska, 21 in Mississippi).

4. The Giveaway is not open to employees of Ordoclub Ltd or its group companies, their immediate families or household members, or anyone else professionally connected with the Giveaway, including our agencies and suppliers.

5. Residents of any other country or territory, including Canada, Australia, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man and US territories, can't enter. The Giveaway is void where prohibited by law.

6. We may ask any entrant or winner for proof of identity, age and address, and may disqualify anyone who can't provide it.

How to enter

7. The Giveaway opens at 16:00 GMT (11am ET) on 1 November 2026 and closes at 23:59 GMT (6:59pm ET) on 29 November 2026 (the "Closing Date"). Entries received outside these times won't be included. Our system clock is the official timekeeper.

8. To enter, complete the entry form on ordolife.com (in the pop-up or on the Giveaway page) with your first name, last name and an email address, mobile number or both, agree to these terms and submit the form.

9. No purchase is necessary. Entry is free, and buying from Ordoclub Ltd won't increase your chances of winning. Your normal internet or mobile data charges may apply.

10. You don't need to sign up to marketing to enter. Opting in to Early Access, offers and Ordoclub Ltd news is optional and has no effect on your chances of winning.

11. Only one entry per person is allowed, and duplicate entries will be counted as one. Entries made in bulk, through automated means or third parties, or using multiple or false identities will be disqualified.

12. We are not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete or not received for technical reasons. Proof of submission isn't proof of receipt.

The prizes

13. There are six prizes, each an Airbnb gift card. The value of each prize depends on the winner's country of residence:

14. The UK and US values are fixed amounts set for each country. They aren't currency conversions of each other, and winners can't choose the other country's prize. The total approximate retail value of all prizes is £3,250 if all winners live in the UK, or $4,350 if all winners live in the US, with a mix of the two if winners come from both countries.

15. Vouchers will be issued in pounds sterling to UK winners and US dollars to US winners, and delivered digitally by email. A prize may be made up of more than one gift card adding up to the prize value.

16. Vouchers are subject to Airbnb's gift card terms, and winners need an Airbnb account to redeem them. Any costs beyond the voucher value, including travel, extra accommodation costs, fees, insurance and travel documents, are the winner's responsibility. Ordoclub Ltd isn't responsible for any booking, stay or service provided through Airbnb.

17. Prizes are non-transferable and can't be exchanged for cash or other prizes. If a prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside our control, we may replace it with a prize of equal or greater value.

18. Once a gift card has been delivered, Ordoclub Ltd isn't responsible if it's lost, stolen or used without the winner's permission.

How winners are chosen

19. On 7 December 2026, six winners will be chosen at random from all eligible UK and US entries in a single draw, using a random selection process supervised by a person independent of the Giveaway.

20. The first entry drawn wins the first prize, the next two win the second prizes, and the next three win the third prizes.

21. We'll also draw reserve entries. If a winner is ineligible, can't be contacted or doesn't reply in time, their prize will be offered to the next reserve.

22. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Contacting and announcing winners

23. We'll contact winners by email and/or SMS, using the details given on entry, by 7 December 2026.

24. Winners must reply within 7 days of our first contact to accept the prize, confirm they're eligible and give us any information we reasonably need, such as proof of age and address. If a winner doesn't reply in time, can't be reached or doesn't meet these terms, they'll lose the prize and it will go to a reserve.

25. US winners may be asked to sign and return a declaration of eligibility and, where required for tax reporting, an IRS Form W-9, within the same 7 days.

26. On 7 December 2026 we'll post on Instagram (@ordolife) to let entrants know the draw has taken place and winners have been contacted. We'll only share a winner's name or image publicly with their permission.

27. Anyone can request the surname and county (UK) or state (US) of the winners by emailing marketing@ordolife.com within one month of 7 December 2026. Winners can object to this, or ask us to limit what we share, by contacting the same address. We may still have to share winner details with the Advertising Standards Authority if asked.

28. We'll never ask a winner to pay a fee or share bank or card details to claim a prize.

Prize delivery

29. We'll ship each prize within 30 days of the winner confirming their eligibility and details.

Your data

31. We'll use the details you give on entry to run the Giveaway: managing entries, running the draw, contacting and verifying winners, delivering prizes and dealing with queries. We'll handle your data in line with our privacy policy.

32. We'll only send you marketing if you opt in, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

33. Your details may be processed by service providers that help us run the Giveaway, including outside your country, with the safeguards described in our privacy policy. Unless you've opted in to marketing, we'll keep your entry details only as long as we need them to run the Giveaway and deal with any queries.

General

34. We may disqualify any entrant we reasonably believe has broken these terms, entered fraudulently or interfered with the Giveaway.

35. If events outside our reasonable control stop the Giveaway running as planned, we may cancel, suspend or change it. We'll keep any impact on entrants to a minimum and post any changes on the Giveaway page.

36. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited by law. Otherwise, as far as the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss or damage arising from entering the Giveaway or using a prize, including any Airbnb booking or stay. Your statutory rights aren't affected.

37. The Giveaway isn't sponsored, endorsed or run by, or connected with, Airbnb, Instagram or Meta. Airbnb is a trademark of Airbnb, Inc.

38. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, although residents of Scotland and Northern Ireland may also bring proceedings in their local courts. This doesn't affect any rights US entrants have under their state's laws that can't be excluded.
