Ordo Power Dental Warranty T&Cs

The following products are covered by a free 2-year warranty, which expires 730 days after the date of purchase.

  • Ordo Sonic+ Electric Toothbrush
  • Ordo Sonic+ Charging Travel Case
  • Ordo Sonic Lite Electric Toothbrush
  • Ordo Hydro Sonic Water Flosser

What Does the Warranty Cover?

The warranty provides cover against manufacturing defects and product faults that arise from using the product in accordance with the user manual. This means that if your product develops a fault during the warranty period, provided you have proof of purchase, we will arrange for it to be repaired or replaced free of charge. After repair or replacement, the warranty period will continue from the date of the original purchase.

What Does the Warranty Not Cover?

The warranty does not cover any problems that do not relate specifically to a manufacturing defect or product fault, including, but not limited to:

  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Cosmetic defects such as scratches.
  • Accidental damage.
  • The product being tampered with.
  • Improper use or storage, as defined in the user manual.
  • Repairs carried out by agents not authorised by Ordo.
  • Damage or faults if the product has been used commercially or for business purposes.
  • Any loss or damage as a result of not being able to use the product.
  • Deliberate damage or neglect of the product.
  • Products purchased second hand.
  • Non-electrical or consumable accessories.

This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.

What To Do if You Have a Problem?

If your product has become faulty during the warranty period, please contact our team via hello@ordolife.com providing the following information:

  • Proof of purchase – this can be a receipt of purchase from a retailer showing where and when you bought the goods, or an order number from our website if purchased directly from Ordo.
  • Details of what the problem is.

Unfortunately, we cannot cover the shipping costs of returning the product back to us.

After we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to identify and evaluate the issue. If the fault is caused by a defect covered by the warranty, we will repair or replace the product and ship it back to you free of charge.
