Check a guest’s receipt
Find the claim number, name, email or phone. Verify the guest’s name before handing over the brush.
Up to 5,000 latest claims per view. Search filters the loaded rows. Clear search before exporting a full event view.
Event controls
Only admins can open, pause or reset claims. Resetting restores 50 brushes and invalidates every receipt from the previous run. Old records remain available in history.
Pause first. Reset leaves claims paused. Open them when the team is ready.
