Shipping policy

We currently ship to the United Kingdom, the United States and Canada.

Dispatch times

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days of the order date (or, for subscription orders, the subscription renewal date). This excludes the day the order was placed.

Dispatch times can vary during busy periods and seasonal peaks. Because we use third-party carriers, occasional delays outside our control can occur, but we will always work to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Delivery costs

United Kingdom

  • Free delivery on orders over £30.
  • Orders under £30 are charged a flat £3 delivery fee.

United States

  • Free delivery on orders over $50.
  • Orders under $50 are charged a flat $6.99 delivery fee.

Canada

  • Free delivery on orders over CA$35.
  • Orders under CA$35 are charged a flat $6.99 delivery fee.

Any applicable delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery times

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times depend on your location:

  • United Kingdom: your order should arrive within 4 working days. UK orders are shipped via Amazon Logistics or DHL.
  • United States and Canada: please allow a little longer, as delivery times vary across these larger countries. The carrier used depends on your delivery location.

In all cases, your delivery can be followed using the tracking details in your dispatch confirmation email.

Estimated delivery times are guidelines rather than guarantees, and can be affected by carrier delays, weather, and other factors beyond our control.

Order confirmation and tracking

When your order is dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email. Where the carrier provides it, this email will include tracking details so you can follow your delivery.

Delayed or missing orders

If your order has not arrived within 10 working days, please contact us at hello@ordolife.com and we will investigate.

We follow each carrier's own process for lost or undelivered parcels, and will do everything we reasonably can to resolve the issue quickly on your behalf.

Incorrect delivery details

Please make sure your delivery address is correct at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Registered account holders can update saved addresses via the My Account page. We cannot be held responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect address supplied at checkout.
